Educational Qualification: Candidates who have passed full time MBA (HR) with at least 2 years post qualification experience in Recruitment / Training eligible to apply.

Experience: Candidates should have good oral and written communication skills
Candidates should coordinate with trainees. Helping Trainees to develop skills for facing an interview, Creating resumes, conduct mock interviews, etc. 

To arrange for interviews facilities on campus for a campus interview
To prepare a database of industries with their requirements in diversified fields
To prepare and maintain placement records

Selection Method: Written Test with Skill/Practical Test and/or Interview
