EDUCATION QUALIFICATION: 

Candidates must have completed  BE/B. Tech/ME/M. Tech/MCA with a minimum of the first class. (Or) M.Tech in any specialization, Mechanical, MCA in Computers from a recognized university. 

Experience – 1 to 3 years 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Candidates must provide high-quality features as new developments/enhancements to customers.
  • Candidates must resolve customer messages/issues at the Support level
  • Candidates must ensure high quality of corrections via big fixes
  • Candidates must continuous improvement and optimization of support activities and processes
  • Candidates must continue to gain deep product expertise via self-initiated means


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Candidates should work in maintenance and development role,
  • Candidates should have good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Candidates can work under pressure
  • Candidates should know how to handle critical customer situations
  • Candidates should be high on performance and Learning orientation.
  • Candidates should have a high level of commitment will be key for success and will have to work in a start-up mode mindset


Additional Qualification:

  • High proficiency in ABAP and ABAP Object Oriented Programming (OOP).
  • Must have basic or intermediate knowledge BSP, ABAP Web Dynpro.
  • Must know about MVC Architecture.
  • Experience in web application programming and understanding of the concepts - e.g., BSP, ABAP Web Dynpro, SAP Fiori, JavaScript, HTML, and Web AS.


Preferred:

  • Candidates must know CRM domain and SAP CRM (on-premise)
  • Prior working experience in SAP domains - e.g. BASIS, MDG, MDM and ERP Modules (MM, FICA, SCM, SRM) will be added advantage.
