• Candidates must Calibration sessions, Team Attrition, PEOPLE MAGICIAN, 

Training Development & Initiatives,

• Candidates must resolve user queries and liaison with other quality teams for consistent process updating

• Candidates must analyze improvement suggestions from PRIME tool and do usability & impact analysis.

• Candidates must provide an overview of OMS to prospective and existing clients to provide an assurance of strong quality processes of HCL

• Candidates must coordinate with other domain experts to source requirements and participate in task forces responsible for process definitions

• Candidates must create new process definitions

• Candidates must update existing processes

Eligibility Criteria:

♦ Educational Qualification: Candidates must complete B.Com, Master of Business Laws (MBL), Masters in Business Administration, MBA from a recognized university.

♦ Skill: Candidates must have knowledge about Domain Competencies (BSERV )-BFS-Securities, Funds & Derivatives.
