Eligibility Criteria Required for Gramin Dak Sevaks:

Educational Qualification: Candidates should have done 10th standard from any recognized institute and should have the knowledge of Tamil Language and basic Computer skill.

Age Limit: Candidates should not be less than 18 years and not more than 40 years and Upper age relaxation will be given for SC/ST 5 years and 3 years for OBC category candidates.

Selection Process for Gramin Dak Sevaks:

The candidates are selected for the post based on merit list basis.

Application Fee for Gramin Dak Sevaks:

Interested candidates are required to pay the application fee of Rs.100 for. Only UR/OBC/EWS Male/trans-man are required to submit this application fee as SC/ ST/ PWD/ female/trans-woman candidates are exempted from the payment of this application fee.

Pay Scale for Gramin Dak Sevaks:

For BPM: Rs.12,000 (Minimum TRCA for 4 Hours/Level 1 in TRCA Slab) / Rs.14,500/- (Minimum TRCA for 5 hours/Level 2 in TRCA slab)

For ABPM/Dak Sevak: Rs.10,000/- (Minimum TRCA for 4 Hours/Level 1 in TRCA Slab) / Rs.12,000/- (Minimum TRCA for 5 hours/Level 2 in TRCA slab).
